Privacy Policy

This policy applies to iOS apps published on quiering.com and is intended for the Apple App Store review and for all users.

  • What data is collected: When you send feedback or support requests, the app collects the text you submit (e.g., issue description), your name, and your email. Optional technical details you choose to include (device model, iOS version, screenshots shared later) are processed with your request.
  • How it is used: Your data is used only to provide support, respond to your request, and improve app reliability. No data is used for advertising or tracking.
  • External services (API calls): Support messages are sent via Fastmail (email service) and may be routed through N8n automation (self-hosted) to organize and acknowledge requests. No other third-party APIs or analytics SDKs are called.
  • Sharing and sale: Data is not sold or shared for marketing. It is shared only with the services above to deliver and manage your request.
  • Storage & retention: Support messages are stored in email and automation logs for as long as needed to resolve the issue, then regularly cleaned up. Backups follow the retention of those services.
  • Security: Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Access is limited to handling support.
  • Permissions: Apps request only the permissions needed for their features. They do not access contacts, photos, or location unless explicitly shown in-app.
  • Your rights: You can request access or deletion of your support data. Use the support page to submit a request.
  • Children: Apps are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect data from them.
